FIELD GUIDE / PRODUCT & STRATEGY

Know what to bring. Know what comes next.

A practical guide to the market thesis, Campaign Brief, LinkedIn Skill, and the account details around them.

01 / FIELD NOTE

Starting with your product

The first campaign begins with the source that contains the most product truth: your website.

What should I submit?+

Use the primary website for the product or business you want to take to market. Coastrategy reads the offer, positioning, customer context, and category language from that source.

What happens after I share the URL?+

The campaign conversation begins with a product and market interpretation. From there, Coastrategy develops a buyer direction and presents it as a structured Campaign Brief.

02 / FIELD NOTE

Reading the Campaign Brief

The brief is the working GTM thesis behind the campaign—not a generic summary of the website.

What is included in the brief?+

Product understanding, recommended buyers, company characteristics, relevant decision-makers, timing signals, exclusions, the outreach angle, and open questions.

Can I change the direction?+

Yes. Use the campaign conversation to challenge an assumption, narrow a market, add context, or ask for a different angle. The brief is designed to make those decisions clear.

03 / FIELD NOTE

Using the LinkedIn Skill

LinkedIn is a campaign capability, so it lives under Skills instead of taking over the main workspace.

Where do I connect LinkedIn?+

Open Skills from the sidebar and choose LinkedIn. The connection status and any required action appear on that skill.

What happens when a buyer replies?+

Coastrategy stops the remaining follow-ups for that person, brings the reply into the campaign context, and hands the live conversation back to you.

04 / FIELD NOTE

Plans and billing

Everything related to the subscription is grouped inside your profile.

Where can I choose a plan?+

Open your profile, then Plan & billing. You can compare current plans and start payment from the same place.

Where can I see the active subscription?+

Plan & billing shows the plan name, current status, research usage, billing period, renewal information, available upgrades, and cancellation controls.

NEED A HUMAN?

Bring us the context, not a ticket number.

Send the workspace email and a short description of what you were trying to do.
